How do you see the game going on Boxing Day, do you think there are any key battles?
If I am honest I dont have a clue how the game will go. After the disjointed performance against West Ham I dont think any of us know. I know that we will try and keep possesion and try and play "attractive" football. But with the players we have available I fear that we will not be playing like Arsenal just yet. One key battle I see will be Kenwyne Jones versus either Nelsen or Samba (if fit)
What style of performance will Rovers aim for
The owners and caretaker manager Steve Kean want us to play like Barcelona. Well I want to win the lottery. We cant always have what we want. After playing the last two years like a "Big Sam" team its hard to suddenly expect the players to pass and move like the best in the business. Especially under the control of a manager who has never managed in the top flight before prior to last weeks uninspiring draw, against a team that are bottom in the league and have not won an away game since the opening day of last season
How has the shock dismissal of 'Big Sam' been received by the Rovers faithful?
I think most fans are divided over the dismissal of Allardyce. The performances have not been great as of late, but we got results and one thing is for certain is that we would never get relegated with Sam in charge. I personally was a Sam fan, but I had become a little delussioned with his brand of football. So maybe a change was in order. But to do it at a pivotal point of the season and not have an experienced manager lined up to take over shows the niavity and sheer incompetance of the new owners. Our stable club has been turned upside down in no time at all. We all just hope and pray that the descions they make do not result in BRFC dropping out of the Premier League
If you could pick one Stoke player for your team?
Just one ? I personally like Etherington, Jones, Shawcross and Tuncay. If I had to pick one it would be Tuncay as we are desperately crying out for a player to link midfield and attack as David Dunn looks to be past his prime and the days of him lasting 90 minutes are well and truely gone.
If you could give one of your players to Stoke?
Could you please take Pascal Chimbonda off us ? The man is a football leach. Joins a new club, plays well for a few games and then sits on his arris earning his overinflated wage for doing naff all for his employer
Prediction
I honestly dont know. But I can never back Blackburn to lose at home so I will say a narrow 2-1 win to the men in blue and white halves
