The Potters can consider themselves unlucky not to have beaten Birmingham on Monday as they created numerous chances but were defeated to a goal that had more than a hint of luck about it. Here are the top 3:
3) Tuncay - 9.6% - Attacker ran and ran and ran all day long and wqas inches away from connecting with a Beattie flick whilst also causing danger in setting up chances and linking the play well again.
2) Matthew Etherington - 26.0% - As has become the norm the left winger was the only constant threat from the midfield, going close on numerous occasions whilst also providing fantastic delivery from wide left for the strikers.
1) Dean Whitehead - 37.0% - Gave a complete box to box performance. Nothing got past him and he also added a threat in the opposition's box getting up and down all game and hardly put a foot wrong in his best performance for the club
