Lost Boys continued their 100% cup record at the expense of Hardly Athletic as the Premier Division side won by five goals to nil.
Athletic were without Paul Dale(work), Dan Middleton(work), Dan Buxton(at Stoke v Liverpool) and Joe Gordon(knee) so called on Steve Mellenchip for a debut and also had to share goalkeeping duties.
Their opponents were able to knock the ball around well and despite a spirited and hard working display from Hardly they were comfortably beaten, just running out of gas late on to concede a couple of late goals allowing Lost Boys to add gloss to their victory.
