Pacey winger who was given a contract at 17 before breaking into the first team at Colchester.
Impressed in 2007 during a tournament for England U17's which saw the U's offer him a professional deal as scouts came sniffing round.
His one appearance for England U18's came in November 2007 when he played in a 5-0 win over Ghana before graduating to the international U19 set up.
2008/9 saw him just make a single start for Colchester as he struggled with injuries and he will now be hoping to get himself back on track and start earning the rave reviews that he did when he burst onto the scene two seasons ago
