"He (Tony Pulis) said to me the other day that he doesn't want to put the pressure on me all the time and that he needs other people to chip in as well. We are creating chances, we are just not sticking them away or doing enough to win games."
Ade also revealed his disapointment not to be playing against Sol Cambell, who he played football with before playing professionally.
The striker said: "Our manager at Senrab tapped Sol up from another local side and he came on board for my last year there with Muzzy Izzet and Terry Skiverton, who now plays for Yeovil.
"We've been great friends ever since and speak regularly. I always ask him for advice and we hammer each other all the time.
"It's disappointing that Sol is not playing because there were a lot of us who came through together at Senrab and most of them will be coming to watch on Sunday. And although I have played against Sol before, this might be the last time I ever play at Highbury."
