Cheltenham chairman Paul Baker confirmed that two clubs had approached Cotterill, and said: "We can understand that Steve might like to work at a higher level and would not stand in his way if an offer came in, because he's done a lot for us.
"He is mulling over Stoke's offer and we would expect to make an announcement around lunchtime." (Note - Stoke's Press Conference is at Noon)
His Record5 Seasons, 3 Promotions + 1 FA Trophy along the way - All with no money which no doubt appeals to the Stoke City board.
