James Beattie has told of his desire to stay at the Britannia Stadium and complete 100 Premier League goals whilst a Potter.
Beattie, 31, joined the Potters for £3m in January 2009 and after an impressive foirst six months had a torrid second season, scoring in just one game and coming toi blows with the manager.
The ex-England international has now stated how all differences with the manager have been out in the past and that he wishes to be removed from the transfer list and force his way back into the City starting XI.
Beattie returned to the Stoke side in Thursdays pre-season game at Notts County and showed effort and commitment during his time on the oitch to encourage management and supporters that his comments were more than just a PR exercise.
