Cotterill Sunderland No 2 - Confirmed

Jonathan Fuller, Chief Executive had said he was shocked and stunned when Steve Cotterill handed in his resignation. The club will be seeking compensation as there was a compensation clause in his contract.

Steve said he had 'mixed emotions' about leaving the club but really he has acted badly and left Stoke in trouble.

The Club should have something in place by the end of today.
