Crawley Fancy Their Chances

Crawley are up for this one after the run they had last season when they beat Bristol City and Hull before bowing out of the competition at the hands of Manchester United.

Small ground, early kick off, live on TV, Stoke having very little time to prepare for the game and the club having one eye on the trip to Spain next week, means that Steve Evans and his team quietly fancy their chances against Premier League Stoke.

"We are all looking forward to what we hope will be another fantastic FA Cup occasion for us,"Evans told his club's official website.

"Stoke City are a well-established club with a fantastic manager. He has put a great squad in place....Peter Crouch, Jonathan Woodgate and Kenwyne Jones...so it really is a frightening task."

Evans added: "I believe we can win the match but not if Stoke City play at their best. We need them to be a yard off it and my lads to then to deliver the best performances of their lives, but yes we can do it. We respect all our opponents but fear none."
