The 19 year old Belgian is a star of the future according to boss Tony Pulis and he had a successful loan spell with Walsall last term, this coming season he will be knocking on the door of the first team.
John Rudge has been left with the job of securing the deal in his role as director of football and it looks like he has achieved his goal.
Rudge told the Sentinel: "His father has been over from Belgium because he wanted to discuss a few things with us, and now Flo has agreed a new contract.
"We are just tying up a few loose ends now, so he is close to signing. Flo is a great lad and one we have been impressed with as a person, as well as a player, in his time with us."
