Tony Pulis has made Rory Delap his fourth loan signing of the 2006/07 season after signing him from Sunderland.
Delap is 30 years old and is a Republic of Ireland international, and opted to move to the Britannia Stadium as opposed to Pride Park after the Midlands club attempted an eleventh-hour hijack on the deal. He has penned a three-month loan deal.
Rory is clearly a player with lots of Premiership experience, and it now seems as though manager Tony Pulis is finally getting those better quality of players that he has been mentioning for so long.
The BBC and various other sources are now suggesting that a permanent move will be very likely to occur in January.
