Stoke were due to face the Merseysiders on Saturday October 3rd but the game will now be played a day later on Sunday 4th, kicking off at 3pm.
Everton are playing away at BATE Borislov on Thursday 1st October in the rebranded UEFA Cup.
The Potters home game with Fulham has been postponed. The match was due to take place on Tuesday 15th December but the Cottagers have their final Europa League group game away at Swiss side Basel just 24 hours later.
No new date has been arranged for this fixture with both sides still involved in the Carling and FA Cup's their are few free midweek dates at present.
