Duberry: 'We can't afford to lose Thommo'

"You've got to try to make sure people such as Tommo don't just walk out the door.

"Anyone wanting to play in the Premiership has got to be an athlete and there's not many like him around.

"If you let him go he will have a good season somewhere else and suddenly he will have a £2m tag on his head after leaving here for nothing", said Duberry.
