Gifton - 'We can push for playoffs'

Gifton said: "I think the game was won by half-time really and it was pleasing to get a clean-sheet and well as the three points.

"I wasn't worried about which way the 'keeper would go I just decided which spot I put the ball and if it went in it went in.

"I was confident about it then I stroked it home so I though I'd take the second one as well."

He added: "Now we're in eighth I think we are only about five points behind the team above us, but we have quite a few home games from now until the end of the season and if they crowd stay behind us then we'll push for the play-offs."
