Stoke have shored up their goalkeeping situation for the near future with Asmir Begovic and Thomas Sorensen both penning new deals on Tuesday.
Begovic has agreed a new four-and-a-half year deal while Sorensen has signed up until the summer of 2014.
"It's fantastic news that we have settled the immediate futures of our two main goalkeepers," Potters boss Tony Pulis told the club's website.
"It's important to have good competition for places in all areas of the squad and nowhere is it better than there.
"In Asmir, I believe we have one of the best young goalkeepers in England who has shown his great potential since he came to the club and he certainly has a big part to play in our future as we look to continue the progress we have made.
"As I have stated before, though, it is also important to look after those who have got us where we are today, and Thomas has been a major influence upon what we have achieved.
"He has been an outstanding professional who has thrived upon the challenge now facing him and I am delighted to have secured his experience."
