Lee Hendrie has signed for the Potters on a two month loan deal.
Hendrie pictured Above, has to date only made one appearance this season, and that was in Villa's 1-1 draw against Arsenal last month, Lee has had a hard time of it in the last two seasons with only 37 starts in that period in the League, and has come on 14 times as a substitute, His stats to date are: Appearances 176 (+ 43 as sub); Goals 20; Yellow cards 35; Red cards 3
So including all the subs appearances he still manages an average of one goal in ten games from the midfield, so that is an improvement on what we have in the shape of Dave Brammer.
Talking of Brammer, this could be the start of some player movement at the Britannia Stadium with Dave possibly going to either Crwho or down to the Vale where he was quite a popular player in his younger days. if this is the case, we at StokeMad would like to wish him the best for the future as some of us certainly appreciate what he has tried to do in his time here.
With Hendrie coming here, it could also mean that we have done a deal with another club for the out of favour Carl Hoefkens. Read theMessageboard Here to keep up with the latest developments.
