Jerome struck in the midweek Barclays Premier League draw at Tottenham but did so from a makeshift wide role and later voiced his disappointment at his lack of opportunities since his £4million move from Birmingham last summer.
Jerome has made only five league starts, but Pulis said: "Cameron has been fantastic, brilliant, since he came here."
He added: "He scored a striker's goal on Wednesday night and worked very hard wide for us.
"He has got us some crucial goals and, if we'd hung on, he'd have got us the three points at Tottenham.
"He is disappointed he has not been playing, like all the ones who are not in the team.
"But you have to manage that and I think (Jonathan) Walters and (Peter) Crouch have been very good this year.
"They were very big again against Tottenham, they played really together, so it is difficult when you have got players like Cameron, to keep them happy.
"But Cameron's attitude and application have been first class."
