The former Mansfield and Sunderland winger has been a big miss for the Potters after being joint top scorer and player of the season during the promotion campaign.
Having had an operation in the summer, Lawrence was struggling for fitness anyway before tripping over his dog in a freak accident at home. He has not played since the home game with Chelsea on 27th September, and his return would be a welcome boost for manager Tony Pulis and would give more wing options.
Hopefully the return of Lawrence will see Stoke turning a corner with regards to injuries, leaving just Salif Diao, Dave Kitson, Mamady Sidibe, Ryan Shawcross and Andy Griffin on the sidelines.
