Wilson picked up his fifth booking of the season on Saturday in the Potters' 1-1 draw with Manchester City and will serve a one-match ban.
Jermaine Pennant and Andy Wilkinson had to come off in the City game due to hamstring and knee problems respectively and will both undergo late fitness tests.
