Potters Face Swiss Test

Stoke have been drawn with Swiss side FC Thun in the play off round of the Europa League. The Potters will travel to Switzerland on 18th August for the first leg before hosting the Swiss side a week later in the second leg. Thun finished 5th in last seasons Swiss Premier Division and play in a 10,000 dearer stadium. They beat Italian side Palermo in the last round, going through on away goals.
