Potters hitman departs
Stoke striker Louis Moult has joined Accrington Stanley on a months loan.
Moult, 19, has had previous loan spells at Bradford and Mansfield, the spell at the latter being cut short after the hitman suffered a fractured back.
The Stoke-on-Trent born forward came through the Potters academy before earning a pro-contract aged 17. He made his debut in early 2010 and made his Premier League debut when the Potters travelled to Burnley.
A loan spell at Port Vale had been earmarked for when the youngster returned to full fitness but it seems League Two rivals Stanley have overtaken the Valiants to secure the services of Moult until late September.
