Next up are reigning champions Chelsea on Saturday and the Britannia Stadium will be packed to capacity.
These are heady days for Pulis and his players, who face Bolton at Wembley in the FA Cup semi-final on April 17 after beating West Ham.
Fans queued through the night this week to get their hands on tickets and now Pulis hopes they can repay them with a good performance against Carlo Ancelotti's team.
Stoke are unbeaten in eight home games in all competitions and Pulis said: "I am very proud of that record.
"Since we defeated West Ham the place has taken off. There is a sense of togetherness at the Britannia and around the city. That feeling will be important for the last four games here."
