Stoke hitman Jon Walters has been rewarded for his fine first twelve months with the Potters by signing an extension, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2015.
Walters, 27, made his 50th appearance for City, since his £3.25m arrival from Ipswich almost 12 months ago, in last nights victory away at FC Thun.
Former Chester forward Walters has netted 13 goals for the club and finished last season as the Potters joint top scorer, along with Kenwyne Jones, with 12 goals.
