Potters Trust Launch Tomorrow

By obtaining shares, the Potters Trust will eventually even be able to have a member sitting on the board of directors and having an effect on where the main decisions are made. This would also give the trust the power to vote against future owners, dealings and selling of assets - such as the Britannia Stadium.

For now, the trust will be a pressure group.

In some football clubs, the pitches have been purchased by the supporters trust to ensure that the ground would not be sold without their permission, or at least the pitch! Making it undesirable for redevelopment.

The Trust officially unveils itself tomorrow (Thursday) night at 7.30PM in delilahs bar at the Britannia Stadium and all are welcome.
