City striker Louis Moult has joined Mansfield on loan for a second time, after his spell at the BlueSQ side last season was cut short.
19-year-old Moult spent two months on loan at Town last season but after netting three in three games, including a brace on debut, a fractured back ended his season, and his loan spell, prematurely.
Academy graduate Moult has also had loan spells at Bradford and Accrington aswell as three first team appearances for the Potters.
The local boy bagged a brace in Wednesdays 6-2 reserve win over Port Vale before agreeing his loan spell and goes straight into the Stags squad for their FA Cup tie against Fleetwood at the weekend.
