"When you bring in players of character, rather than meek mannered ones, then they are going to have the balls to stand up and have their say, just as they are going to stand up and be counted on the pitch like they have been. But I have told them in no uncertain terms the most important thing is their togetherness as a group and the spirit in the dressing room. They have to keep that going.
"They are a little bit disappointed players haven't come into the club, but when it comes to Saturday they are paid to play and that's what they must do.
"We aren't the best payers in our league, so when you get agents blowing in Ade's ear saying he can earn three or four times more elsewhere, it's going to have an effect. I would only ask him to consider how well the fans have taken to him here and how difficult it will be to rebuild that rapport at another club. But Ade is a big boy and has to decide what he wants."
