There are a few players who are out of contract that will not be receiving new deals while new faces will have to be brought in so the side can carry on competing at the top level.
Martin Olsson of Blackburn Rovers is one target that the media say Pulis will be going after, the 23 year old winger looks like leaving the Ewood Park outfit in the summer after their relegation to the Championship was confirmed on Tuesday night.
The Stoke boss said: "We're going to shake it up a bit in the summer, and that means letting players leave.
"There will be one or two changes, with players out of contract and those who will not be happy at not playing.
"The important thing is that we keep pushing forward.
"The team has been successful in the Premier League. We can't let that drop off. It's finding the right balance."
