After another good home win against Derby the Stoke boss said: "It was a big game today and if we had lost we'd have only been six points away from Derby.
"We played some good stuff in the first half and if anything we were disappointed not to come in ahead.
"We stayed up last year on the last day of the season and I'll only start looking up when we have reached the 55-point mark.
"It has been a season of change and we are all pulling together to get the results."
