Gifton was told earlier in the year that there would not be a contract waiting for him but a dramatic turn-around in form has seen the striker net 9 in 14 games.
Pulis said: "There' s a big board meeting on Friday and we will discuss everything then, players and staff. It could be a long and interesting meeting."
Pulis also wants a special day for the end of the season. "I shall most probably get my wrists slapped by the club for speaking out of turn" he said, "but let's bring the kids in and make it a family day. We've certainly got enough injured players to go round the fans to meet everyone."
