Stoke City FC have said that they have had no enquiries about Sergei Shtaniuk and rubbished the rumours of a premiership move.
The move should it go ahead wouldn't be able to happen until January due to this transfer window for the premiership and the deal should it happen is valued at about £2M.
The Potters, who covered all running costs for the rest of the season do not need to sell and have already promised potters fans that no stars will be sold.
My personal view is that he will not be sold despite the amount of money because Gunnar Gislasson and the whole setup want Premiership for Stoke City FC and he knows that selling prize assets off does no favours at all.
Stoke's young squad, if it could be kept together, may not set the world on fire this season but if kept together could be promising in seasons to come.
