The 19 year old joins up with Russell Slade’s side on a long term loan spell, returning to his parent club in the first week of 2013.
Brunt is no stranger to going out on loan to gain playing experience, he has been to Nantwich and Luton and also had a 15 game run with Tranmere Rovers last term.
Slade told Orient’s official website: “He thrives on crosses, has a willingness to run and possesses a terrific work rate.
“I feel that Ryan will complement the other strikers we have here well and we’re delighted to have him at the football club.”
