Stoke to pick up

having lost to what seems to be a very poor Wolverhampton team when compared to the teams of the last 20 years or so, Stoke really do need to pick themselves up from yet another poor display which is now becoming the norm.

Of all the games played so far this season, only two games have stood out as being worthwhile to watch, these were the Derby and Birmingham games in which we showed some endeavour but not a lot in the scoring departments.

If no signings are made this week then Tony Pulis can expect a warm reception in our next home game at the Brit against Preston on Saturday.
