Stoke boss Tony Pulis is looking at bringing in Middlesbrough striker Leroy Lita on a £2m deal, according to media sources.
Lita has been in fine form recently, netting five times in his last 8 appearances, and relegation threatened Middlesbrough appear keen to offload big earners, the club sold David Wheater and Gary O'Neil last week to Bolton and West Ham respectively, and would be available for around £2m.
The deal for Lita could be pushed through to allow the Potters to cash in on either Ricardo Fuller or Tuncay, with both players having bids on the table for them going into deadline day.
