The 23-year-old winger, who can also operate as a central striker, has become a summer transfer target for a number of clubs.
Having caught the eye as he notched 18 goals last season, sides from the Premier League and across Europe are monitoring his situation at Elland Road.
Fulham, Stoke, Newcastle, Wigan, Swansea and Queens Park Rangers are all reported to be keen on taking him to the English top flight, while reigning French champions Lille and their Ligue 1 rivals Paris Saint-Germain are also believed to be in the running.
West Ham have already seen a bid knocked back by Leeds, with the Whites reluctant to sell, and Gradel has now revealed that he would be happy to spend a prolonged period of time with his current employers.
He said: "Leeds is a massive club. It is the best I have been at and to play at a club like this is a dream.
"I want to keep playing at this club for a long time to come.
"There are a lot of positives to be taken from last season and now we are ready to go again. We deserve to be in the Premier League."
