Steve Simonsen - 5 - Came into the game on a high after Saturdays performance but was beaten four times. Dropped the ball for the third goal that really killed the game and probably dropped any chance he had of overhauling Sorenson in the near future
Andy Griffin - 6 - Started well and was on hand to clear one effort off the line but faded after and could do with a loan spell to keep himself active
Danny Higginbotham - 6 - Not going to be giving Faye and Shawcross sleepless nights but wasn't the worst performer on the night as he started well, winning everything in the air, but struggled once the hosts were in the lead
Leon Cort - 5 - Poor performance by the big defender culminating in the error for the 4th goal. Done nothing to keep Faye and Shawcross on his toes
Danny Pugh - 6 - Average. Didn't really do anything major wrong but was ropey with the passing and looked like the lack of games is affecting his game
Liam Lawrence - 5 - Really poor game. Got more and more frustrated the longer the game went on and nothing he tried came off. Subbed off for Soares
Diego Arismendi - 8 - Stood head and shoulders above the rest as he dominated the battles he went into, got forward, spread the play well and also was strong and positive in the tackle
Glenn Whelan - 6 - After his heroics at the Lane on Saturday he will be disappointed he didn't make himself undroppable for Saturday
Michael Tonge - 6 - Pretty ineffectual. Never really got stuck into the game and will probably be going out on loan soon
Tuncay - 7 - Always prodding away but without much support or luck. Caught offside numerous times as he looked to get in behind the defence. One of the few to give Pulis something to think about
David Kitson - 5 - Ineffectual before being hauled off. The lack of time the ball spent in the final third left him wandering round without being able to do anything of note
Subs
Tom Soares - 5 - Hardly touched the ball after coming on for Lawrence. Hardly the performance of a man desperate to give a performance
Mama Sidibe - 7 - Great comeback for the big man. Put himself about, won headers, looked busy and a rare positive for the night
Louis Moult - 6 - Briefly showed what skill levels he has after coming on late on. Tricked his way past a defender before being hauled down when he had his opening Potters goal in his sites
