Wilkinson - 7 - Another game where he quietly went about his game, can't remember the last time he made a mistake, and should, for me, keep Huth out of the team next week.
Collins - 6 - Every good thing he did was equalled with something bad. There is promise there, just needs to know when to do the ball skills and when to get rid
A.D. Faye - 7 - Picked up an injury early in the second half and struggled with movement after that but aerially was dominant
Shawcross - 7 - Not much incident for the England wannabe but did one great tackle second half and won everything in the air
Delap - 6 - Ineffectual again. Not his fault as hes not a winger but needs must but must be moved back in the centre once Liam is fit
Etherington - 8(Man of the Match) - First half he was on for 10/10 but a quiet second, when we went more direct and didn't use him marked him down. Great goal and fantastic run for the first he took both full backs on for fun and he is in the form of his Stoke life right now
Whitehead - 6 - Good defensive work and a few runs into the box, where he wasn't picked out. Did the dirty work again without any frills
Whelan - 6 - Not involved too much second half after a decent first. Good work was doen more in the defensive third than attacking.
Beattie - 6 - Forced own goal early on but other than that he did little. Picked up an early knock when he landed awkwardly on his kneeand he struggled after that
Fuller - 7 - Pushed all afternoon but never really got the luck he deserved. Caused a few scrambles with is pace and power but he, nor his teammates, could capitalise.

Sidibe - 5 - Struggled to win a header and didn't look fit, maybe a Premier League return has come too soon.
Tuncay - 6 - Tried to get involved but tried too hard. Trying to catch the managers eye every time he gets the ball but should just keep it simple sometimes
Lawrence - 5 - Not long to get involved but put himself about with little reward
