Thomas Sorenson - 7 - Was quite solid with just the slight fumble at the end that could have been costly
Robert Huth - 7 - Solid enough but didn't really offer much going forward. Defensively sound
Abdoulaye Faye - 8(Man of the Match) - Kept the opposition at bay throughout and also managed to get on the end of numerous set pieces
Danny Higginbotham - 6 - Ball retention wasn't great but was solid in his defensive duties
Danny Collins - 8 - Full back didn't let anything past whilst also tried to bomb forward a few times and make something happen in the Wolves half. One of, if not the, best performance in a Stoke shirt
Rory Delap - 7 - Midfielder launched throw in after throw in into the Wolves area but couldn't find a way past the stubborn defence. Ball seemed to bypass him in play but he put himself about and got stuck in
Dean Whitehead - 6 - Returned to the side and was his usual self in terms of energy but failed to do anything constructive in the final third, as with both midfields.
Glenn Whelan - 6 - Went close twice late on with shots from distance but other than that he struggled to stamp his mark on the game.
Matthew Etherington - 7 - Winger wasn't upto his usual standards, not getting involved as much as usual, but was still a threat when he did have the ball and rarely gave away possession
Mama Sidibe - 7 - Striker had a slightly improved performance on recent showings. Managed to win a few headers and helped supply Kitson but a dreadful miss when he should have broke the deadlock was followed by a pulled hamstring and his afternoon was over
David Kitson - 7 - Held the ball up well but was doubled marked every time it came near him. Was lurking in the background every time the ball was hurled into the box and somehow the ball never fell to him when he took up some great poachers positions
Tuncay - 6 - Failed to get in the game when he came on as both sides had given up on a game of football by then
Liam Lawrence - 6 - Put the effort in but couldn't make the impression he wanted to try and reclaim his place in the starting XI
